We work closely with youngsters, their families, and communities to create equal opportunities and smooth pathways toward independent and dignified living. From Training to Independent Living
As youngsters near completion of their courses at KIRAN, our team steps in to guide them according to their abilities and aspirations. We also coordinate with medical staff to ensure continuity of care for those requiring therapy, higher education support, or medication — combining social empowerment with healthcare needs.
Beyond disability-focused services, the department also works to mainstream children and youth from marginalized communities, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities, resources, and social participation.

Fundraising & Partnerships
Building strong connections with corporates, funding agencies, and government schemes such as DDRS and National Trust.
Documentation Support
Assisting children and youth with disabilities in obtaining disability certificates, UDID cards, Family IDs, and Nirmaya cards to access government benefits.
Vocational Guidance & Employment
Providing counselling, job placement support, internships, and self-employment opportunities.
Mainstreaming Marginalized Youth
Supporting children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to integrate into education, training, and social life.
Awareness & Advocacy
Organizing workshops, employer sensitization programs, and community campaigns to promote dignity and rights.
