Summer camp – 2010

Pollution has become a major problem of the society. There is too much addition of polluting substances to the
environment causing a great imbalance in the elements of atmosphere. This imbalance in biosphere has not only
deteriorated the quality of the life, but has also threatened its very survival. If environment is disturbed, life
cannot remain unaffected, because environment and life are two aspects of the same reality.

Like previous year, in 2010 also KIRAN Centre has organized a residential ‘Summer Camp’ and its theme is
‘Environment’. Through this camp our differently – able children will try to make  the society aware about
the urgent need to save the environment. They are doing this by presenting the results of their
camp-activities to the neighbors of the KIRAN Centre, on 19th May 2010.
