How We Reach Out

Few people today have a real understanding of the need to really include everyone, also the persons who have a visible and tangible dis-ability, in the mainstream of life and give them a chance to earn their living.

That is why we want to do all we can, to create the awareness, that those who are the so-called “disabled people” have a lot of abilities, if only we give them the chance to discover and develop them.

For this reason we have created a shop in the city:

SURYODAY  is the name of our shop, situated at Lanka, near to the Banaras Hindu University. In this shop you can purchase the different craft-items prepared by our youngsters in the KIRAN-Centre. You can even have a cup of coffee and taste the lovely bread and biscuits from our Bakery. All the profit of this shop goes to the children and youngsters of KIRAN. IKFA, the Indian KIRAN Friends Association, is another means for us to reach out to friends who are willing to collaborate with us. They help us to enlarge the network of people who understand the purpose of our services and try to support us in any way.
